A class activity usually takes 25–40 minutes, including directions and reflection. This is not a timed test; you can take breaks or choose an imaginary situation.

No answer is good or bad.

A higher openness score is not a better grade, a sign of honesty, or an instruction to share. Participation is optional. You can skip any question or person, stop, or ask for a different activity.

This school adaptation has not yet been validated as equivalent to the full instrument. Middle and High edition scores should not be treated as comparable across ages.

What’s included in your result

Skipping, “Prefer not to answer,” “I don’t know,” “Not applicable,” and unanswered questions are not weighted. They are removed from both earned and available points.

The school score uses A1 23, A2 25, B 25, and C 20, normalized by the represented weights. Category D is not included. Missing areas are excluded, not filled with zero. Results are incomplete and not directly comparable when missingness differs.

The descriptions are broad readings of this scale, not validated cutoffs. A similar overall score can hide very different topic patterns. A different person, purpose, or moment may change your answers.

The score is not fully accurate to true privacy and openness values. Never use a score as a reason to share passwords, codes, or identifying details.
