Start with the edition for your age group, then choose one person to keep in mind. Both editions have 48 questions per person, using five-stop 1–5 levels and yes/no choices. No names or real private details.
Middle School: about 35–50 minutes for a class activity. High School: about 25–40 minutes. These estimates include directions and reflection. You can take breaks; this is not a timed test.
A higher openness score is not a better grade, a sign of honesty, or an instruction to share. Participation is optional. You can skip any question or person, stop, or ask for a different activity.
